Note: Contains interviews and a Yoshitoh Asari (あさりよしとお Asari Yoshitoo?) manga about Miyazaki, his career up to that time, and the production of Laputa: Castle in the Sky. The book also contains a collection of Miyazaki's layout drawings from many of his earlier works.
The book's editor, Hideo Ogata (尾形英夫 Ogata Hideo?), was the founding editor of Animage magazine and was responsible for the serialization of the Nausicaä manga. He was also a planner or producer on the early films at Studio Ghibli as well as other anime productions.
